SISS-21 will be held on 9th (Thu) and 10th (Fri) December 2021 at University of Yamanashi, Yamanashi Japan. 

SISS-21 will cover SIMS and related techniques based on ion-solid interactions: fundamentals, instrumentation, and application in various fields, such as semiconductors, industrial materials, biological, medical, and environmental sciences.
 

TOF-SIMS, D-SIMS, Atom Probe, SNMSおよびその関連分野に関する国際シンポジウムを開催いたします。イオンを活用した新たな計測手法への展開を目指して活発な議論ができる場にしたいと考えています。皆様の積極的なご参加をお待ちしております。
本シンポジウムは、日本表面真空学会のマイクロビームアナリシス技術部会の活動の一環として実施されます。
